This is where the yarn is converted into knitted fabric for garment manufacturing. The knitting process is even more elaborate with the circular machines, which knit with the utmost precision and flawlessness to give you exquisite fabrics.
Our garment designs create the patterns using computers, equipped with latest garment designing software
The latest, fully automated printing machines are used which results in better print quality. Further, the system may be easily expanded & equipped for specific order requirements.
Exclusive embroidery machines are used in marketing aesthetic designs through looping, cording, bring and sequencing. A high precision Laser cutter is being used in Appliqué work.
The Stitching units are responsible for the final conversion of knitted and woven fabric into garments. The latest stitching equipments like overlock machines, flat seamers, bar taking machines, zigzag machines and many more see to it that your order is done perfectly right down to the last stitch
